With the cooler temps finally on their way, I crocheted a quick little cap for our house elf, Knitsy... I tried to make it match her cute shoes. I hope she likes it!
Technically yes, but we've always tried to take good care of our wee Elf since finding her at the start of the term... and really, she stays because she loves us 'claws, not because she is obliged to I believe.
You know, to be TECHNICAL, I don't think that gifts from us students would qualify as them being freed anyhow...Knitsy is a HOGWARTS house elf, and we don't have the power over freeing or "hiring" house elves, as we are merely students...
Doesn't that mean she is a free house elf now and my go as she pleases. That was very nice of you.
